At Razdevai, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI image and video generation service.

1. Age Requirement

Razdevai is intended for users aged 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service:

• Account information (email address, name) when you sign in
• Authentication data through OAuth providers (Google, Yandex)
• Images you upload, only when you run a generation (temporary — see Section 4)
• Transaction records (the plan or pack purchased, amount, and date)
• Basic usage data such as your generation history and credits activity

We do not collect or store your payment card details. When you pay, your card and payment information is entered directly with our payment processor and is never sent to or stored by us. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our AI generation service
• Process your payments and manage your subscription or credits
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates
• Enforce our Terms of Service, including our minor protection policy
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service (via analytics tools)

4. Image and Video Data

The most recent image you upload is stored only locally in your browser, on your own device, so you can reuse it across tools. This locally stored image is not sent to our servers on its own, and you can delete it at any time from the "Clear recent uploads" option in your account menu.

When you start a generation, your image is uploaded only to produce that result, stored temporarily, and automatically deleted after 3 days. Image processing is performed primarily on our own infrastructure. Certain features (such as video) may use specialized third-party AI services solely to generate your result; in all cases your image is temporary and deleted after 3 days. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We also use analytics services (see Section 6) that may set their own cookies to help us understand how users interact with our service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following categories of third-party services:

• Authentication — Google OAuth and Yandex OAuth
• Email delivery — for sending email verification codes
• Payment processors — Telegram Stars and other payment processors (including card, PIX, and cryptocurrency on-ramp providers) to process your purchases; they handle your card and payment data directly, and we do not receive your full card details
• Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) and Yandex Metrica (production only), which may record user sessions to help us improve the experience
• Cloud storage — for temporary storage of images and generated results while a generation is processed

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data. Session recordings (via analytics) may capture mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling, but no sensitive data (passwords, payment details) is captured.

7. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Account data — retained while your account is active, deleted upon account deletion request
• Uploaded and generated images and videos — automatically deleted after 3 days
• Transaction records — retained for the duration required by applicable law
• Usage logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data and account
• Restrict or object to certain processing of your data

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
